Membership
Membership in the University Women’s Caucus connects you with colleagues across Old Dominion University who are committed to advancing the welfare, professional success, and equitable treatment of women at ODU.
Members receive information about Caucus programs, advocacy efforts, workshops, mentoring opportunities, connection groups, and campus events. Members may also participate in committees and help shape the Caucus’s priorities and activities.
Membership Options
First-Year Membership
New members receive their first year of membership at no cost.
Annual Membership
Annual dues are offered on a graduated scale based on employment category and annual pay:
- Group A: Hourly employees, adjunct employees, and others in the lowest dues category
- Group B: Employees earning between $30,000 and $59,999 annually
- Group C: Employees earning $60,000 or more annually
Select the category that best reflects your current employment and pay. The applicable dues amount will appear when you complete the membership form.

Join or Renew
Use the membership form to join the University Women’s Caucus or renew your annual membership. First, log in to our Membership Toolkit page and update your contact information. Then, you will find a membership signup form under "My Account" and "My Forms/Paperwork."
